When Will My Order Arrive?
From the point of payment, items are dispatched between 1-5 working days, depending on custom orders and the destination of the buyer.
All items being shipped to the UK are on a 1-3 working day lead time, and the EU are currently on a 3-5 working day delivery date. Orders to the US and the rest of the world are on a 5-10 working day lead time.
Delivery may be slightly delayed on any of the following UK holidays:
* UK Bank Holidays
* Christmas Day
* New Year's Day
Please note that if your order is running a little late, we are unable to process a late delivery until 15-20 working days has passed.
Do You Accept Custom Requests?
This will be decided upon the nature of the request. Please contact us with full requirements, and we will see if this is possible :)
How Do I Arrange A Refund/Exchange?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we can issue a replacement (if possible) or a refund.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, ThriftBox cannot be held responsible for any damage occurred during transportation or for the use of our products. Every measure is taken to ensure that all items are packaged correctly, and will not suffer any damages.
